Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup equipment, including tables, tents, and proper weights. All tables must be covered with tablecloths, and tents must display appropriate business signage. Electricity is not provided. Vendors requiring power must supply their own power source. Please notify us in advance via email if you plan to use a generator.

Release of Liability READ CAREFULLY — THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS In exchange for participation in the Markets and Events (hereinafter referred to as “Events”) organized by Glasshouse Productions LLC *

The undersigned Vendor agrees to the following terms: 1. Agreement to Follow Directions I agree to observe and obey all posted rules, regulations, and warnings, and to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Glasshouse Productions LLC, its employees, representatives, or agents.
2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability I acknowledge that participation in Markets and Events involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks and hereby release, waive, and discharge Glasshouse Productions LLC its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from my participation or presence at the Events.
3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glasshouse Productions LLC, its employees, representatives, and agents against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses — including attorney’s fees — arising out of or related to the participation, actions, or presence of myself, my family members, employees, volunteers, or agents at any Event.
4. Fees & Damages I agree to be responsible for and promptly pay for any damage to facilities, property, or installations caused by the negligent, reckless, or willful actions of myself, my family, employees, or volunteers.
5. Applicable Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal or equitable claim arising under this Agreement shall be resolved under Florida law.
6. No Duress I acknowledge that I am signing this Agreement voluntarily, without pressure or duress. I have had reasonable opportunity to review this document and, if desired, consult with my own legal counsel prior to signing.
7. Arm’s Length Agreement This Agreement has been negotiated and entered into at arm’s length between the Parties. In the event of any ambiguity, the Parties expressly reject any rule of interpretation that would construe provisions for or against either party based on authorship.
8. Enforceability If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid clause shall be deemed severed from the Agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution The Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall proceed to mediation under applicable statutory rules. Should mediation fail, the matter will be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction

HG Enterprises LLC – Vendor Policies & Participation Agreement- Please carefully review the following terms and conditions: *

By participating in any market or event hosted or organized by Glasshouse Productions LLC, I agree to release and hold harmless Glasshouse Productions LLC , its owners, staff, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, property owners, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether related to event activities or the condition of the premises. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event.
No Refund Policy: All vendor fees are final. Payments made to secure a vendor space are non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Transfer or Credit Policy: Vendor fees may not be transferred to another event date or applied as a credit if a vendor is unable to attend for any reason.
No Call / No Show Policy: Vendors who fail to attend an event without prior notice, or who leave before the event concludes without approval or communication, may not be eligible to participate in future Glasshouse Productions LLC events. Clear and timely communication is required to maintain good standing. Vendors who cannot attend must notify event management in advance.
Political & Religious Neutrality: Glasshouse Productions LLC maintains a neutral environment and does not promote or affiliate with political organizations or religious groups. Vendors may not display, distribute, or promote political campaigns, religious messaging, or affiliated materials at any event.
Arrival & Communication Requirements: Vendors are required to arrive within their assigned setup window and be fully set up before the event begins. If a delay occurs, vendors must promptly communicate with event management.
Approved Products Only: Vendors may only sell products or services that were disclosed and approved during the application process. Any additional items must receive prior written approval. Unauthorized products may require immediate removal from display.
Application Review Timeline: Applications are typically reviewed within 14 business days. Vendors will receive notification regarding approval status. If placed on a waitlist, that status applies only to the specific dates selected. Vendors must submit a new application to be considered for additional dates.
Invoice & Payment Terms: Upon approval, vendors will receive an invoice that must be paid by the listed due date. Failure to submit payment on time will result in cancellation of the reserved space, and a new application may be required.
Insurance & Liability for Property: Vendor insurance coverage is strongly encouraged but not required. Glasshouse Productions LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, tents, tables, displays, or personal belongings.
Booth Space Conduct: Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space. Soliciting customers or other vendors outside of your designated area is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and ineligibility for future participation.
New Vendor Requirements: First-time vendors must submit photos of their products and booth display. Applications will not be reviewed until required photos are received.
Market Conduct: All participants are expected to act professionally and treat fellow vendors, customers, staff, and property with courtesy and respect.
Application Fee: Due to the high volume of applications, a $10 application processing fee is required. If you apply for one market date at a time, the $10 fee will apply to each individual application. If you select all listed dates at the time of applying, the $10 fee will only be charged once for the full series selected.
By submitting your application and selecting agreement to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Glasshouse Productions LLC policies outlined above. Application responses may take approximately 14 business days.
